一款磁电机的失火分析及设计改进

摘    要:一款试制发动机下线检测时发现起动困难,故障原因为失火,故障率百分之五十以上。该发动机搭载某款电喷系统,该电喷系统要求:当发动机转速为300r/min时,磁电机的触发信号幅值大于2.2V。本文从触发信号出发分析了失火原因,改进磁电机设计,解决了发动机起动困难问题。

Abstract:A prototype of the motorcycle engine was found to be difficult to start. The cause of the failure was misfire, and the failure rate was over 50%. The engine is equipped with a certain EFI system. The EFI system requires that the amplitude of the trigger signal of the magnetic motor is greater than 2.2 V when the engine speed is 300 r/min. This paper analyzes the cause of misfire from the trigger signal and improves the design of the magnetic motor and solves the problem of difficult starting of engine.
