| 摘 要： | 综合考虑影响公路隧道交通安全的“人、车、路、环境、交通特性”等因素,建立了隧道交通安全评价的综合评价指标体系,利用层次分析法、模糊数学理论对其进行综合评价,并通过实例对评价模型的运用进行了说明,验证了该方法的有效性和科学性,为管理者采取相应的安全管理措施,提高公路隧道交通系统的安全性提供方法支持。

| Abstract: | Considering the factors affecting the traffic safety of highway tunnel,such as human,vehicle,road,environment and traffic characteristics,this paper sets up a synthetic evaluation indicator system of tunnel traffic safety and makes a comprehensive appraisal of it with the method based on the hierarchy analytic theory and fuzzy evaluation theory.Its validity and rationality are verified by practical example.The evaluation results can provide the related safety management measures to the managers for improving the safety of the highway tunnel traffic system. |
