基于知识工程的桥式起重机快速设计模式研究

摘    要:基于知识工程的思想,提出以专家系统、数据库和零件库为支撑的起重机快速设计模式。该设计模式集计算、结构设计、工艺过程的产品数据管理于一体,可实现从合同订单到产品快速报价的协同设计,能够根据合同主参数、设计知识等进行产品的详细设计,获得产品的三维模型、CAD图纸、设计说明书以及相关零部件的型号、重量等信息。

Abstract:Based on the concept of knowledge engineering, a rapid design pattern of bridge crane is put forward, which must be guaranteed by experts system, database and unit store. Application of the design pattern integrates the calculation, structural design and products data management in technological process, realizes the co-design from contract order to quick quotation, achieve the detailed design, acquires 3D model, CAD drawing and design specification of products as well as type and weight of relevant part by referring to main contract parameters and design data.
