| Abstract: | By combining with architecture design of some dwelling community in Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Area, we emphasize main design principles for a comfortable dwelling community, which must adapt to local conditions. Then it is summarized a series of characteristics shown in the architecture design scheme which won the bid, i.e. community functions layout, traffic organization and architecture styles etc. Finally we discuss what functions the architecture design exerts in a people-oriented harmonious society. |
