摘    要:以某成品油船轴系为研究对象,运用CFD软件FLUENT进行该船的螺旋桨水动力仿真计算,以及采用有限元法进行轴系校中。结果表明,螺旋桨水动力的平均分量对轴承支反力分布有一定改善作用,交变分量对轴承支反力的影响较大,其影响水平与进速系数和螺旋桨桨叶所处角度有关。

Abstract:The shafting of a product tanker was taken as the object of study.The hydrodynamic force of the propeller was simulated and simulated by CFD software FLUENT,and the shafting alignment was calculated by finite element method.The results showed that the average component of propeller hydrodynamic force makes the loading condition of the bearings improved,and the alternating component of one has more effect on that.Its affection degree is related to the blade rotation angle and advance coefficient.
