| 摘 要： | 通过对U肋桥面板板单元焊接变形的辊式矫正方法的理论分析及有限元数值模拟,提出一种板单元焊接变形机械设备矫正方法,以改善传统火焰矫正工作效率低、成型质量差、工作环境恶劣、能耗较大、污染环境等问题。

| Abstract: | By theoretical analysis and FE analysis of the roller leveler method for the welding distortion of plate stiffened by U frame,a new flattening method based on the roller leveler was proposed to improve the disadvantages such as low efficiency,poor forming quality and working conditions,larger energy consumption,and the pollution of the environment of the traditional flame rectification method. |
