摘 要: | 针对船舶企业与工程分承包方合作模式中的外包工程队管理中越来越显现的问题,对船舶企业外包工程队的分配方式进行分析,提出有效分配方式———绩效制,希望通过改进分配方式入手提高外包工程队的管理水平,适应船舶企业的生产外包需要。

Abstract: | In order to deal with the management problems between shipbuilding enterprises and subcontractors,the allocation manner of the subcontracting team was studied to propose the performance system as the effective allocation manner.The author hopes that the management of subcontracting team could be improved by this effective allocation manner,so as to meet the needs of the production of subcontracting team. |
