| Abstract: | The FE analysis for the stress concentration factors of the common welded joints was carried out in MSC/Patran and MSC/Nastran.A set of new and completed empirical formulas for evaluating the stress concentration factors at welded joints was regressed based on the numerical results of FEA. |
