摘    要:考虑船舶机舱排烟管路上,部分设备对管路的热应力限制比较高,为降低管路设备的热应力,结合案例讨论通过优化排烟管路布置、优化膨胀节设计的方法,降低作用在设备上的管路热应力,达到保护设备的目的。

Abstract:Some equipments in engine room exhast gas pipe system have particular limits of thermal stress.The methods to lower the thermal stress for the exhaust pipe were studied with practical cases.By optimizing the arrangement of exhaust gas pipe and the design of metal bellow expansion joint,the thermal stress in the exhaust pipe can be lowered.
