脉冲负载下高弹联轴器瞬态特性分析

摘    要:以应用于脉冲柴油机发电机组中的高弹联轴器为研究对象,采用CATIA建立高弹联轴器的精确三维模型,利用Hyper Mesh对模型进行有限元网格划分,再导入到ANSYS进行校核分析,通过有限元方法仿真分析高弹联轴器的瞬态动态特性,并校核该高弹联轴器在机组工作中的轴向位移、径向位移及扭转角度。

Analysis of Transient Responses of the Elastic Coupling with the Impulse Loads

Abstract:Making the elastic coupling applied in pulse-diesel generator set as the study object,the 3D solid model of elastic coupling was established in CATIA,the FE model was made by Hyper Mesh and Ansys was used carry out FE analysis.By FE simulation of the transient performances for the elastic coupling,the axial and radial displacements as well as the torsional angle were checked.
