摘    要:文章在综合考虑了滑动轴承非线性油膜力以及行星轮系齿侧间隙等非线性因素的基础上,建立了滑动轴承-行星齿轮耦合系统的非线性动力学模型。通过数值仿真的手段初步研究了滑动轴承—行星齿轮耦合系统的非线性动力学特性,结果发现,滑动轴承非线性油膜力可以对行星齿轮系中各活动构件的啮频振动起到镇定作用,也可以导致系统各齿轮副动态啮合力的波动失去周期规律;输入轴转速的变化能够导致轴承力的振动形态在周期运动与混沌之间分岔;轴承间隙对行星齿轮传动系统各齿轮副啮合状态的影响规律是一个非常复杂的非线性映射,间隙值选择不当可能引起行星轮系齿轮副的单边冲击现象。

Abstract:A nonlinear dynamic model of planetary gear train coupleing with sliding bearing is established by taking nonlinear oil film force of the bearing and backlash of the syetem into account. Some coupling nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the system are studied by using numerical simulation method. The study results reveal that slide bearing nonlinear oil film force can calm the meshing frequency vibration of the moving parts of the planetary gear train, but it also can make the oscillation rule of the dynamic meshing loads of the gear pairs get in chaos; The change of the input shaft speed can lead to the vibration of the bearing force bifurcate between the periodic motion and chaos; the influence law of the bearing clearance on the gear pair meshing state of the system is a very complicated nonlinear relationship, and an improper bearing clearance value may lead to unilateral impact phenomenon.
