摘    要:结合厦门高崎互通连接线下穿鹰厦铁路右线隧道,对110 m长管幕的施工技术和应用效果进行研究.通过采用先进的导向仪器和定向钻进技术,有效地控制了管幕的施工精度;采用挤扩法扩孔和"前拉后夯"工艺法施作管幕,减小了管幕施工对周边环境的影响.现场监测结果表明,管幕施工所引起的地表沉降较小,在隧道开挖过程中,管幕所起的支护作用非常明显,没有出现迅速沉陷、塌方等工程事故.但是由于地层本身非常松软,二次衬砌混凝土也未能及时跟上,在火车的动荷载和隧道开挖双重作用下地表测点最大累计沉降达到了90 mm.

Abstract:Based on Xiamen Gaoqi tunnel under-passing Yinxia railroad, the construction techniques and the effeciency of 110 m tube-roofing were studied. The construction accuracy of tube-roofing was satisfied by using advanced guiding instruments and directional plunge technique. The effect of construction on surrounding environment was restricted by press-expanding dilating of holes and by pulling in front and back tampering of tubes.
