摘    要:本文将模糊数学中的模糊逻辑与人工神经网络结合起来用于船舶碰撞危险度的评价,即将基于自适应神经网络的模糊推理系统用于评价船舶碰撞危险度。结果表明,基于神经网络的模糊推理系统既能利用模糊数学的模糊语言来表述人的语言,又能利用神经网络的自学习功能学习已有的经验,是一种比较好的评价方法

Abstract:In this paper the fuzzy logic of the fuzzy mathematics in association with a man made neural network is applied to assessing the ship collision risk. -An Adaptive Network based Fuzzy Inference System is used. The result shows that the system is a good assessment method which can not only express human being's language by use of the fuzzy language of the fuzzy mathematics, but also learn experience by use of a self learning function.
