液压模块组合挂车整体结构有限元计算分析

摘    要:研究了液压模块组合挂车在不同装载方式下有限元计算建模问题,提出了采用平衡杆系结构来模拟液压平衡悬挂系统的方法,这种方法在任意装载方式下均能保证同支撑组车轮液压管路相通、轴荷相等的要求,并针对典型车辆主体结构强度刚度进行了有限元计算分析。

Abstract:Calculational modeling for hydraulic module assembled trailer by FEM was studied, and then the simulation method by balance frame system for the hydraulic suspension system was developed, which ensured the equivalence of axle load in the same group where the oilcans were connected.Finally the FEM mode for a strength and stiffness of a specific body structure was analyzed.
