摘    要:阐述FTA分析程序以及定性和定量的分析方法及目的;以某蓄电池电力机车为例,选择触电危险作为顶事件,说明触电故障树的构建过程。通过定性与定量分析,得出导致触电安全事故发生的最小割集和概率,由此评估机车的运用安全性;指出了FTA技术在机车安全性评估中的重要作用及其分析过程中需注意的问题。

Abstract:This paper expounds the process of FTA as well as the qualitative and quantitative analysis method and purposes. Taking a battery electric locomotive as an example, selects the electrocution hazard as the top event and introduces the construction process for fault tree. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,it concludes the minimal cut set and probability which leading to electrocution safety accidents ,and assesses the locomotive operating safety. Meanwhile,this paper also points out the importance of FTA technology for locomotive safety assessment and the problems should be noticed in analysis process.
