| 摘 要： | 从公路工程监理工作的内容出发,论述了三要素的辩证统一。通过笔者的实际工作经验,提出了“质量监理,进度监理,费用监理”围绕“合同管理”实施的具体程序和措施,从而显出公路工程监理工作在工程建设中的重要作用。
