后张法预应力混凝土空心板梁施工技术

摘    要:分析后张法预应力空心板梁在施工中常遇到的问题,并提出解决这些问题的方法。通过采用混凝土二次浇筑、定位横杠以及橡胶芯模去除粘结力的方法,可以克服后张法施工后构件产生微裂纹、钢筋剩余应力、混凝土结合不密实以及橡胶芯模抽出过程中损坏等问题。

Abstract:The paper puts forward the common questions of post-tensile prestressed hollow plate beam in construction,and proposes solutions to these problems.The problems mainly include component emerged micro-cracks after constrution,steel bar remnant stress,concrete combined with non-compacting and mould board of rubber injured during extraction or others. The solutions are secondary concrete pouring,positioning pry and getting rid of adhesive force of core mold of rubber.
