摘    要:通过对轨道交通进行概括分析,指出轨道交通综合评价的重要意义,同时运用层次分析法的原理将城市轨道交通规划综合评价指标体系分为五个准则层,并建立了合理的评价指标体系。借此,就权重的确定、隶属度的计算、模糊评价矩阵的确定等提出了新的方法,建立了改进的AHP多级模糊综合评价模型,从而确定了城市轨道交通的各方面要素对城市轨道交通发展的影响,为城市轨道交通的规划和建设提供了决策依据。

Abstract:The rail traffic is analyzed generally, so is the significance of the rail traffic evaluation described. The urban rail traffic planning evaluation index system is divided into 5 classes with AHP theory evaluation. New methods are drawn in determining the weight, calculating the subordinate degree and obtaining the fuzzy evaluation matrix. Improved AHP multi-class fuzzy evaluation model is set up, and the effects of all elements on urban rail traffic development are explained, which are basis for urban rail traffic planning and construction.
