摘    要:南京长江隧道的水文地质条件复杂,超大型盾构开挖直径大,隧道不仅穿越长距离的粉细砂层,同时还穿越鹅卵石层。说明盾构开挖系统(尤其是刀盘)设计是盾构对工程适应性的充分体现,针对工程难点,从刀盘设计形式、刀具配置、开挖仓设计等几个方面,阐述南京长江隧道盾构开挖系统的设计特点。

Abstract:The hydrographical and geological conditions of Nanjing Yangtze River tunnel are very complex. The diameter of the huge shield is up to 14.96 m. The tunnel passes through layers of silt and cobbles. Thus, the design of the excavation system of the shield and especially that of the cutter head are very important. The paper describes the features of the design of shield excavation system of Nanjing Yangtze River tunnel, including type of cutter head, lay out of cutters on the cutter head and design of excavation chamber etc.
