| Abstract: | Through introducing the theoretical foundation, the paper focuses on the substance and procedure of the dualistic pattern ofEmergency & Anti-Collisionin traffic accident identification.The pattern aims at strengthening the control on the free judgment in traffic accident identification of traffic administration department,which will help unification and standardization of traffic accident identification. |
