中国铁路稳步推进战略装车点建设

8月18日，随着中国铁路又一个战略装车点——昆明铁路局陆良战略装车点投入使用，陆良县农户和60多家工业产品拥有了高效运输平台。截至2008年7月底，中国铁路已建成444个战略装车点，覆盖了大部分煤矿、港口、炼油厂、钢厂等发送量较大的装车作业点。铁路战略装车点建设从2006年开始，目前，已建成一批拥有智能化的装车系统、大容量的储存能力和高效规模化的作业方法的战略装车点，能够实现集中存储、整列装车、整列发车，有效提高了全路货物运输效率。按照铁道部将运力资源特别是新增运力向战略装车点倾斜的要求，各铁路局制订了战略装车点建设规划，全面推进战略装车点建设。战略装车点建设激活了周边经济，使铁路、企业和地方政府取得了共赢。

China＇s Railway Steadily Push Forward the Strategic Loading Site Construction

On August 18, Luliang Strategic loading site of Kunning Railway Administration was put into use. By then, farmers of Luliang County, and more than 60 industrial products enterprises have a highly efficient transport platform. As at the end of July 2008, China＇s railway has been completed 444 strategic loading site s, covering majority of large amount loading points such as coal mines, ports, oil refineries and steel mills.
