级联变频器电路拓扑及其数学模型

摘    要:提出了五电平功率单元级联变频器的主电路拓扑,探讨了输入移相整流技术,在详细阐述新型五电平功率单元级联变频器的主要特点和电路拓扑的基础上,运用坐标系变换的方法推导了五电平功率单元级联式变频器的空间数学模型并予以分析,为下一步级联变频器系统的运行与故障状态下的稳定性分析奠定了基础,并给出了功率单元旁路时的解决办法及实验结果。
