田口鲁棒设计方法在汽车耐撞性优化中的应用

摘    要:将田口鲁棒设计方法和稳健性理论与试验设计相结合,应用于某微型客车的前端大梁组件结构的设 计,通过与仅靠试验设计得出结果的对比分析,表明该方法不仅实现了对整车耐撞性的优化,同时提高了设计变量的稳健性,具有较强的工程实用性.

Abstract:Taguchi robust design method combined with robustness theory and the design of experiments is applied to the design of front rail component of a minibus.By comparing the result with that obtained solely by using design of experiments,it is shown that the method not only realizes the optimization of vehicle crashworthiness but also enhances the robustness of design variables,having strong engineering practicability.
