基床爆夯在广州港南沙港区一期工程中的应用

摘    要:文章针对基床爆夯法在广州港南沙工程1、2号泊位施工中的成功应用,介绍了爆夯参数、炸药选取、施工工艺流程等技术。结果表明:基床爆夯分段以约60m为宜;爆夯施工中应考虑对相邻段的影响,爆夯的夯沉量相对锤夯偏大5%左右;应考虑爆夯对坡肩的影响,坡肩距药包的距离宜在5m以上。爆夯对厚度大的基床具有明显优势。

Abstract:The paper describes the parameters for compaction by blasting, selection of explosives and technological process of implementation of the technique in the light of the successful application of blasting to compact foundation beds during the construction of No. 1 and No.2 Berths for Nansha Port Complex project of Guangzhou Port. The result showed that, compaction of foundation beds by blasting should be done in 60-m sections; impact of blasting upon the adjacent sections should be given due consideration when blasting compaction is implemented: the compacted depth should be about 5% more than that achieved by rammers; and the influence of blasting upon the slope shoulder should be well considered and the distance of the explosive from the slope shoulder should be more than 5 m. Blasting compaction shows significant superiority for foundation beds with great thickness.
