| 摘 要： | 对智能化IGBT驱动模块2SD315A的关键技术进行了详细分析，包括专用集成电路（ASIC）技术、驱动信号调制、传输与隔离、保护电路原理与响应时间设定等。提出了驱动器的应用要点，并给出内部电路原理图与实测波形。

| Abstract: | The key technologies of intelligent IGBT driver 2SD315A are detailed analyzed in this paper,including ASIC,modulation and transmission of drive signal,electrical isolation,and protection circuit and response time setting.The application notes are proposed,and the circuit diagram and test waveforms are provided. |
