| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the definition and connotation of the innovation engineering of EV,based on the external inevitability and feasibility of the development of EV industry.It is suggested that the implementation of EV innovation engineering can effectively impel the development of the EV industry,and quicken its industrialization course.It is an effective act to make EV a pillar industry. |
