安全装备管理系统设计探讨

针对目前机车安全装备管理现状,结合铁道部《机车行车安全装备管理规则》的管理要求,运用数据库、条形码及网络等方式,构建安全装备设备管理系统。提出安全装备管理系统应具有台帐管理、履历管理、检修管理、系统设置四大功能模块;并具体阐述了针对备品库、出入库检测点、库内维修点、库内检测点的作业设计并进行设备质量分析的设计方案。

Study on Management System Design for Safety Equipment

According to the present condition of locomotive safety equipment management system and the management regulation of the railway ministry in "managing rules of locomotive driving safety equipment" such means as database, barcode and network and so on are employed to construct safety equipment management system. This paper propose that the system should have four function modules, including account management, curriculum vitae management, maintenance management and system setting. And it explains in detail the designing methods concerning spare part library, detecting point of out and in storage, repairing point in storeroom and detecting point in storeroom.
