荆州市中心城区防洪排水工程建设介绍

荆州市区南“枕”长江 ,北“抵”长湖 ,俗称“头顶一条江 ,脚踏一盆水”。四周被“四湖”水系所围 ,城市防洪排水地理环境特殊 ,长江枯水位时 ,水面比市区还高出近 9m ,城市排水大多靠抽排出江、出湖 ,排水和防洪是全国最复杂的城市之一。笔者根据自己在荆州多年从事排水工程建设与管理的调研资料 ,撰写此关于荆州市中心城区防洪排水工程建设的调研报告。

Introduction of Construction of Flood Control and Drainage Project in Jingzhou Urban Central District

Jingzhou urban district faces the Changjiang River in the south and in the north the Changhu Lake. It is popularly called as “On the top there is a river and on feet there is a pot of water”. There is “four lakes” water system all round. The geographical conditions of urban flood control and drainage are special. When the Changjiang River is in dry season, the water surface is about 9 m higher than the urban central district. The drainage of the city mainly depends on draw out into the river, lakes. The flood control and drainage is the most complex in the cities of China. The author writes the investigation report on the construction of flood control and drainage project in Jingzhou urban central district in accordance with him data of investigation and study on drainage engineering construction and management in Jingzhou City for many years.
