| 摘 要： | 本文利用特征方程的等价性，探讨了应用不完全判断矩阵进行多方案决策的方法；并通过将不完全判断矩阵转换为有向图，给出了该方法的有效性条件；最后，讨论了对一致性指标的敏感分析并给出了调整算法。
