| 摘 要： | 由于缺乏科学合理地评价体系，导致很多城市未能选择与实际交通情况相符合的交通信号控制系统，盲目建设。文章在控制系统常见的控制方式基础上，考虑评价范围内交通效益影响因素的内在联系，提出了控制系统评价指标、方法。通过实例测试，表明此评价方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | There are few scientific and reasonable evaluation systems.As a result,a system of urban traffic control,which meets with the actual traffic situation,has not been established.Based on the usual control methods,the evaluation indexes and methods of the control system were presented with consideration of the relationship among affecting factors.According to the experiments result,the evaluation method is feasible. |
