危险货物公路运输规范化探讨

根据国标GB6944—86的规定，危险货物是指具有爆炸、易燃、毒害、腐蚀、放射性等性质．在装卸、运输和储存过程中有特殊要求的货物。危险货物从产品到商品属性的转化，需要一系列的运输环节，而公路运输是实现危险货物属性转化的机动灵活、方便快捷的方式。危险货物的性质，决定了其在运输过程中容易造成人身伤亡和财产损毁。针对危险货物公路运输事故时有发生的现实，运输部门应在严格遵守运输法规的前提下，规范运输准备与实施活动。

The characters of dangerous goods mean that it is very easy to have causalities and properties damage during transportation. Because there are frequent accidents for dangerous goods transportation, the transportation department should strictly abide by relative regulations and standardize transportation operation.
