钢芯FRP束预应力混凝土梁受力性能研究

摘    要:在研究钢芯FRP包裹束的构造和力学性能的基础上,分别对以钢芯FRP包裹束、FRP束和钢束为预应力材料的预应力混凝土梁进行全过程受力分析。结果表明,钢芯FRP包裹筋可代替钢束作为预应力筋,对梁的受力性能的影响在桥梁工程应用的许可范围内,并且采用钢芯FRP包裹筋为预应力较FRP束更为实用;钢芯FRP包裹筋具有双线性特征,预应力钢芯FRP包裹筋混凝土梁的张拉控制应力应小于钢芯FRP包裹筋的名义屈服应力;钢芯FRP包裹束的预应力混凝土梁除具有与FRP束预应力混凝土梁同样的耐久性外,还能通过改变其微结构设计,适应不同的力学性能要求。

Abstract:Based on research on structure and mechanical property of the steel core cables wrapped with FRP,the whole mechanical process of PC beam, which uses steel core cables wrapped with FRP,FRP cables and steel cables as prestressed materials respectively was analysed.The result indicates that(1) steel core cables wrapped with FRP can be used to replace steel bar for prestressed tendon,the influence of the mechanical property on concrete beam is in the scope of the application of bridge engineering,and it is more...
