摘    要:简要介绍了虚拟仪器及LabVIEW开发软件,应用LabVIEW软件,以NI公司信号调理模块和高性能多功能数据采集卡6024E为硬件基础,同时配合使用相应的传感器,设计了挖掘机液压系统的状态检测系统。该系统能够实现数据的采集、滤波、信号的分析、数据的存储、信息的查询等等。该系统检测功能完善,界面友好,使用简单、方便,无论是从功能上还是从经济上都比采用传统仪器具有很大的优越性,便于维修技术人员使用。

Abstract:Virtual instruments and the LabVIEW development software are first briefly introduced in the paper.With the LabVIEW software used,and the NI signal conditioning module and high-performance multifunction data acquisition card 60234E of the NI Corporation taken as the hardware basis,and corresponding sensors adopted,a state detection system for the hydraulic system of excavators is developed,which can perform the tasks of data acquisition,data filtering,analysis of signals,data storage,information inquiry and so on.The experimental results show that with it being perfect in function,friendly in interface,simple and convenient in use and accurate in results,this system is obviously superior to traditional instruments in economy and function.It is also easy for maintenance.
