海上风电大直径钢管桩沉桩精度控制措施研究

摘    要:海上钢管桩沉桩定位方式比常规沉桩工艺具有更高的要求,本文以中船重工大连市庄河海域海上风电场址Ⅱ(300MW)项目风机基础施工Ⅰ标段为例,针对外海复杂海域环境条件下超大直径、超长钢管桩沉桩施工精度控制难题,对钢管桩沉桩施工工艺进行研究,并对沉桩施工精度控制措施进行分析探讨;对钢管桩垂直度观测理论允许偏差进行计算,以量化指导施工。实践证明,所采用的工艺措施有效提高了沉桩的施工精度,完全满足规范精度要求,沉桩效果良好。

Abstract:There are higher requirements for the positioning method of sinking steel pipe pile at sea than that of conventional pile sinking technology.With the exarmple of the wind turbine foundation construction in section Ⅰ of Dalian Zhuanghe ofshore wind power plant site Ⅱ(300 MW)project,this paper studied the pile sinking technology of steel pipe piles,and analyzed the measures for cortolling accuracy of pile sunk to solve the diffculties of precision control for sinking pile construction of super large diameter and super long steel pipe piles in complicated fshore environment.And then,the alowable deviation of vericality observation theory of steel pipe pile was calculated to guide the construction quantitatively.Practice shows that the adopted technology measures efectively improve the construction accuracy,fully meet the accuracy requirerments of the specification,and good pile sinking efects have been achieved.
