蟾蜍坐骨神经各类传入纤维的动作电位及其引起的背根电位

摘    要:实验记录并分析了蟾蜍坐骨神经上的复合动作电位;计算了各类纤维的传导速度。记录了分级刺激所引起的DRPs,分析了粗纤维传入在引起DRPs上的作用。实验证明了Ⅲ、Ⅳ类纤维传入均引起的负的DRP,并着重分析了Ⅳ类纤维兴奋引起的C—DRP及其特征。


Action Potentials and Dorsal Root Potentials Produced by All Kinds of Afferent Fibres of Sciatic Nerves in Toads
Abstract:The compound action potentials of the toad sciatic nerves were recorded and analysed. The velocities of of all kinds of fibres were calculated. The C wave shape and nature of the compound action potentials were particularly analysed. The DRPs caused by grading stimulation were recorded and the effect of thick fibres in producing the DRPs was also analysed. It was demonstrated that the fibres of Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups in the toad sciatic nerves all produce negative DRPs. The C-DRP and its nature were especially analysed.
