汽车变速器寿命试验的微机监控系统

摘    要:汽车变速器寿命试验中,传统的人工监控方式控制精度不高,测量数据误差较大,系统运行的安全性较差,劳动强度大。本文提出并实现了一种微机监控方式。提高了试验的自动化程度和控制精度,确保了系统运行的安全性和可靠性,排除了工人监控方式中的种种人为因素,操作更为简单、方便。

Abstract:The conventional manual control of automobile gearbox life test is less accurate, error - prone, less reliable and labour intensive. This paper puts forward and implements a micro - computer based monitoring system,which will enhance testing automation and control accuracy eliminate all kinds of man-made factors in manual control, improve reliability of the system, and result in simpler and convenient operation.
