桩架改造设计方案的有限元分析

摘    要:为了满足深水码头建设的需要,"航工桩二号"必须进行加高改造。本文利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对改造前桩架模型的结构强度进行了校核分析,确立了合理的加固改造方案。最后结合实际工程,通过对改造后桩架在不同的荷载工况条件下,对其强度进行了综合分析研究,验证了改造方案的可行性及合理性。

Abstract:To satisfy the requirements in the construction of the sea terminal,the ship 'Navigation Pile No.2' needs to be retrofitted and heightened.The structural strength of the pile-frame before and after retrofit is analyzed and checked by means of the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The appropriate and strengthened retrofit scheme is then determined.Associated with the actual project,the comprehensive analysis of the retrofitted pile-frame under various load cases is made.The practicability and rationality of the retrofitted scheme are examined and certified.
