Development of Capacitive Moisture Instrument Based on MSP430F169

Capacitive moisture instrument is a kind of moisture detector based on the principle of permittivity. It is controlled by the MSP430F169 microcontroller, and one sided capacitance sensor is sensing element. The design of capacitive moisture instrument mainly focuses on the measurement of floor warm heating pipe leakage and building leakage. The paper analyzes the structure of the one sided capacitance sensor, measurement principle and calculation of capacitance value, hardware design, software design and testing system of anti-interference design. The practice shows that the instrument has high accurate and the application promotion value.
