电刺激活化牙槽骨成骨细胞增殖功能的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察电刺激对活化牙槽骨成骨细胞增殖功能的作用 ,探讨电刺激促进牙槽骨缺损修复的机理。方法 实验家兔分A、B两组 ,在双侧下颌牙槽突制作骨缺损区。A组用自制的位于右侧自凝塑胶牙托表面电极刺激实验家兔下颌右侧的骨缺损区 ;左侧及B组不做电刺激作为对照。结果 光镜下实验侧 1~ 2周即可见到大量增生的成骨细胞、成纤维细胞和丰富的毛细血管 ,其中成骨细胞呈多形性改变。 3~ 5周即有大量的骨小梁形成。而对侧和对照组骨小梁较少 ,且钙化差。电镜下实验侧可见到大量增生的成骨细胞胞浆内粗面内质网膨大 ,有大量的核蛋白颗粒 ,线粒体和高尔基体发达 ,呈现高电子密度电子云。结论 电刺激可促进成骨细胞的增殖分化而达到骨修复的目的

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of electrical stimulation on the proliferation and differentiation of the osteoblast and explore influence of promoting the defect healing by electrical stimulation. Methods The models of alveolar defects were established. The experimental side was treated by the self-curing resin of tooth base electrode. The control sides received no electrical stimulation. Results Morphological and electrical microscope analyses demonstrated a significant acceleration of porosis and osseous defects were seen at the experimental sides. The ability of the osteoblast to secrete matrix and collagenous fiber was enhanced. Conclusion The electrical stimulation may promote proliferation and differentiation of the osteoblast to heal alveolar defect.
