天然气管道干燥技术

摘    要:介绍了几种天然气管道常用的干燥方法,并进行了对比.重点介绍了目前国内常用的干空气干燥法和真空干燥法的基本原理、工艺流程和各自的优缺点,分析了影响干空气干燥法和真空干燥法的各种因素,提出了干燥合格的标准及注意事项.

Abstract:Some typical dryness ways often used in natural gas pipeline are introduced,and among these methods are also set in contrast, Emphasis is laid on the introduction of the dry air exsiccation method and vacuum seasoning method, because these two methods are common in inland exsiccation. The rationale of these two methods,the process flow and their respective relative merits are presented, and different kinds of factors which impact dry air exsiccafion and vacuum seasoning are analyzed,setting a qualified dryness standard and some aspects worth attention.
