摘    要:多田野752汽车起重机发动机型号为8DC8,近几年来一直存在发动机温度升高速度快,并持续不下的问题,致使发动机不能连续运行1~2小时,甚至经常需要停车降温,影响生产分析认为产生此问题的主要原因是:驾驶室阻挡减少了自然风,在现在的条件下,采用折风板,将驾驶室下部原来流失的自然风导入水箱前,迫使其通过水箱和发动机两侧,从而起的辅助冷却发动机的作用。

Abstract:There has recently been a trouble in a model 752 TADAND crane truck equipped with a model 8DC8 engyne, i. e. the temperature of engine coolant raises rapid1y and continuously keeps high, so that the engine can not continuously work for one or two hours unless the engine stops running till the temperature goes down. An analysis realized that the main reason is: the wind flowing through the engine has been obstructed by vehicle cab. Under present conditions, installing of a flow deflector to guide the wind flowing through radiator and both sides of the engine is able to help cooling the engine.
