| Abstract: | Based on traveler’s perception of smooth traffic,an one-way traffic evaluation model was set up compounded from the parameters such as velocity,distance,time and saturation,The former represents traveler’s intuitive perception for smooth traffic,and the latter represents road congestion state.A calculation example was also given to illustrate the practicability of the model. |
