城市物流设施的多属性特征研究

从城市物流设施的技术、自然、社会经济属性三个维度出发,提出了城市物流设施的属性结构。首先,从一般意义上的网络中的节点出发,分析了城市物流设施在数学意义上的聚类系数、度、关联度、相似度等技术属性,着重研究了关联度、相似度的计算过程。其次,从作为物流服务网络中的节点出发,研究了城市物流设施在物流学中的规模、服务半径、类型、存量、通过量等自然属性。最后,考虑到物流服务设施具备的公益与效益双重属性,揭示了城市物流设施的社会经济属性,分析了属性构成及具体衡量指标。

Study on the Multi-attribute Characterstics of Urban Logistics Infrastructures

Starting from the technical, natural, social and economic attributes of urban logistics infrastructurs, this paper put forward a structure of the attributes. First, from the general meaning of the nodes on the network, the attributes of clustering coefficient, degree, relevancy and similarity were analyzed in mathematics, and the computational process of relevancy and similarity were studied particularly. Second, from the view of nodes of a logistics service network, the attributes of size, service radius, type, stock, through-put capacity were analyzed by the principle of logistics. At last, considering thepublic welfare and benefit of the urban logistics infrastructurs, their social and economic attributes were revealed, the constitution attribute and evaluation indexs were studied.
