摘    要:客运专线网的逐步建成加剧了运输方式间的竞争,影响着不同方式客流分担率的变化。为充分发挥铁路通道的整体运输能力,论文基于出行效用最大化行为假说,确定了影响乘客出行方式选择的特性变量及相应的取值方法,选择客运专线和既有线作为铁路通道内居民的出行方式,建立了交通方式选择二肢Logit模型。作者用非集计模型将乘客的出行时间、出行目的、出行距离和票价等个人特性引入模型,提高了模型的实用性。通过交通规划软件-TransCAD标定模型参数,得到了不同出行距离下铁路通道内客运专线和既有线的客流分担率,证明在一定距离范围内客运专线的客流分担率与开行距离呈正相关,从而给出了铁路通道内客运专线开行的优势距离范围的建议。

Abstract:Operation of the dedicated passenger lines(DPL) network causes more intense competition among various passenger transports in China. To make the best use of the transportation channel, a binary logit (BL) model was built up based on the behavior hypothesis of travel utility maximization for making travel mode choice between the dedicated passenger lines and the existed railway lines. The results showed that the disaggregate model considered more individual character factors affecting the travel choice.
