| 摘 要： | 通过对区域多机场系统规划问题的分析,指出区域多机场系统规划问题实质上也是航空OD需求在机场上的分配问题。根据这一问题的本质,分析了机场与航空OD需求的关系以及机场相互之间的关系。在此基础上,建立了相应的数学模型,研究提出了航空OD需求在机场上的分配方法和步骤,通过具体的算例分析,证实了这一方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the question of regional multi-airport system planning, a viewpoint that regional multi-airport system planning was actually a problem of＇assigning air transport OD demand to the airports was put forward. Then, the relation between airports and air transport OD demand and the correlativity among airports were analyzed according to the problem＇s nature. On the basis of the relevant math models, the method and approach to assigning air transport OD demand to airports were studied. The validity of this method was demonstrated through calculation analysis of the samples. |
