| 摘 要： | 习语是语言长期使用的结果,文化内涵的精髓,能清楚地反映出一个民族文化的特色.语言是文化的载体和表现形式,语言受文化的制约.本文通过英汉习语从风俗习惯、地理环境等方面进行文化对比,揭示两种文化的差异.

| Abstract: | Idioms are the result of frequent use of language and essence of cultural connotation,reflecting the characteristics of national culture.Language is the vehicle of culture and is restricted by culture.This paper compares and reveals cultural difference between English and Chinese idioms in terms of customs,geography and so on. |
