城市道路平面交叉口视距控制与计算

摘    要:中国现行的城市道路平面交叉口视距控制理论和计算方法不够完善,且与实际情况不符,需要进一步改进。首先分析了英美国家城市道路平面交叉口视距控制理论和计算方法,并与中国现行理论和方法进行比较。认为城市道路平面交叉口视距应结合交叉口交通管制情况进行控制和计算;交叉口的用地范围应根据交叉口的类型和交通管制方式,借鉴英美国家的设计理论和计算方法来确定;在规划阶段应明确各类交叉口的交通管制方式和管理措施,从而为合理确定交叉口的用地范围提供依据。

Abstract:The current sight distance control theory and calculation method in China are not effective and inconsistent with the real-world situation,which requires further improvement.By comparing the sight distance control and calculation methods in the U.K.,U.S.and China,this paper urges that the sight distance should be determined considering traffic management and control patterns at the urban road intersection.Referring to the experience of the U.K.and U.S.,the paper points out that the land use scope of the intersection can be calculated depending on the intersection type and traffic management patterns.Finally,the paper emphasizes to identify the traffic control patterns and management measures in the planning stage in order to provide a reasonable basis for determining the land use scope of an intersection.
