摘    要:厦门市石渭头污水处理厂一期已建规模10万m3/d,二期扩建10万m3/d,同时进行一期工程的改造,改扩建后总规模20万m3/d同步达标排放。本着充分利用一期已有构筑物和设备的原则,将原一期10万m3/d出水二级排放标准的生物反应池升级改造为5万m3/d一级B标准的好氧池和缺氧池,同时新建15万m3/d完整的A2/O池+5万m3/d厌缺氧池,通过连接管道使一、二期构筑物有机结合,确保出水同步达标排放。该文就污水处理厂一期存在的问题;二期扩建与一期升级改造衔接方案;改扩建工程设计等方面进行总结,可供同行参考。

Abstract:The built scope of Xiamen Shiweitou Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase Ⅰ is 100,000 m3/d and its Phase Ⅱ is extended to 100,000 m3/d,and Phase I is reconstructed at the same time.The total scope after its reconstruction and extension is 200,000 m3/d,and synchronously achieved to the discharge standard.Based on the principle of fully utilizing the existing structures and equipment,the original Phase Ⅰ of 100,000-m3/d biological reaction tank achieving the Class Ⅱ discharge standard of effluent is upgraded and reconstructed to the Class I Standard B of 50,000 m3/d aerobic tank and anoxic tank.And at the same time,150,000-m3/d complete A2/O tank and 50,000-m3/d anaerobic anoxic tank are newly built.The linking pipe is used to organically combine the structures of Phase Ⅰ and Phase Ⅱ in order to ensure the effluents synchronously to achieve the discharge standard.The article sums up the existing problems in Phase Ⅰ,the linking=up scheme of Phase Ⅱ Extension Project and Phase I Upgrading Reconstruction Project,and the design of reconstruction extension project of the wastewater treatment plant,which can be referred for the similar projects.
