盾构机反力架结构的设计及应用

摘    要:通过有限元分析法,对盾构机始发掘进所需的反力架设计结构采用空间板壳元、对连接螺栓位置采用接触元模拟的方法进行校核计算,确定盾构机反力架结构强度、刚度满足盾构机始发掘进反力支承需要。经多次在地铁实践施工中使用,证明其完全满足支承需要,在以后的施工中可进一步推广应用。

Abstract:Spatial shell element and touch element simulation are applied respectively to check the reaction frame required by shield machine while initially tunneling and the position of connecting bolt by means of finite element analysis method. It is confirmed that the strength and rigidity of reaction frame meet the requirement of reaction support while initially tunneling. The structure is applied in construction for many times and meets the demand for support, which is worthy of further popularization.
