沥青路面动力响应检测传感器的设计及应用

摘    要:针对路面结构复杂的施工环境和力学特点,研究开发了一套用于检测实际交通荷载下路面结构动力响应的传感器,并进行了沥青路面结构动力响应的野外现场试验研究。研究结果表明,该传感器不仅能够承受施工时的高温和强剪切破坏作用,在没有特殊保护措施情况下,传感器成活率达82%,而且该传感器灵敏度高,抗噪声能力强;能够检测半刚性基层沥青路面面层底部、上基层和下基层底部的动应变。

Abstract:A set of sensors for detecting dynamic response of pavement structure under actual traffic load is de- veloped aiming at the complicated construction environment and characteristics of mechanics of pavement structure, and outdoor test is studied.The result indicates that the sensor can not only sustain the effect of high temperature and strong shear failure during construction,but also remain a survival rate of 82 percent without special protection, but also has high sensitivity and great antinoise ability.The sensor can be used to detect the dynamic strain for bot- tom of surface course,upper base as well as under base of semi-rigid asphalt pavement.
